Please be aware that treatment plans are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance. For any inquiries or clarifications about your treatment plan, we encourage you to engage with us before beginning your treatment.

Informed Consent

Certain procedures necessitate the completion of a consent form. This process ensures that you are fully informed about the treatment, aftercare, and any associated risks before any procedure is undertaken. It also empowers you to make an informed decision regarding your treatment.

Appointment Cancellations

To manage our appointments effectively:

For appointments under 1 hour, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
For appointments exceeding 1 hour, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required.
